Furnished/Seasonal Rentals
All of our furnished rentals are move-in ready! Whether long-term or short-term, our furnished condos, homes and villas are first class! From the Gulf of Mexico to the premium Golf Courses, we have furnished properties for every taste. All short-term rentals less than a six month lease must include 11% sales tax. All seasonal furnished rentals include all utilities with a cap on the electric between $50-$150/month, water, trash services, lawn services, pool services if applicable, and basic cable. Please ask if you need home phone services and wireless internet connections as each home is individually owned and not included in the rental amount. Some seasonal rentals do not have home phone or cable available. A mandatory cleaning charge will apply on all furnished rentals. Turn-over cleaning fees will be deducted from security deposits and range between $75 - $150 depending on size of home and amount of cleaning required to prepare it for the next tenants.
